Advancing Global Health Equity

EGHI is also leading the way at Emory in the area of global health equity. EGHI is working with key stakeholders to establish guiding principles for global health equity and to create a health equity report card. Both will be based on a landscape analysis of global health equity at Emory, EGHI’s Decolonizing Global Health Forum survey data, and a current literature review and best practices. The principles will be used by EGHI and presented to Emory University for adoption. EGHI will also create a position paper for publication based on the established guiding principles. The equity report card for global health is to be used by EGHI and Emory University to provide input for change. Finally, EGHI will collaborate with partner organizations to address and ensure health equity.
