Keriann Roy is the Operations and Evaluation Manager at the Emory Global Health Institute (EGHI). In this role, Ms. Roy conducts evaluation of all Institute programs, manages faculty seed grants and assists in Institute operations. She also managed a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation-funded project, the Scientific Advisory Process for Optimal Research on Typhoid (SAPORT) Burden of Disease.

Prior to joining EGHI, Ms. Roy was a grant coordinator at the University of Georgia's Institute for Behavioral Research. She helped manage Project MERITS, an NIH-funded, longitudinal research study that examined smoking cessation services within substance abuse treatment facilities across the United States. In this position, she gained extensive experience in project management, data collection, participant recruitment, and grant development and management.

Ms. Roy earned her Bachelor of Science of Education degree in kinesiology and her Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in health promotion and behavior from the University of Georgia.
