Alice Arthur provides administrative support to Dr. Jeffrey P. Koplan, Director of the Emory Global Health Institute.

Prior to joining the Emory Global Health Institute, Ms. Arthur provided support to Dr. Koplan in his previous role as Vice President for Academic Health Affairs at the Robert W. Woodruff Health Sciences Center. She has also served in administrative roles at the U.S. State Department and worked as an occupational therapist for physically challenged children.

Ms. Arthur is a native of Pennsylvania, attended Towson State University, and has lived abroad in numerous locales with her husband, a scientist at the CDC.
